Software Licensing Program (SLP)

The Software Licensing Program (SLP) is the latest in California's contract arsenal and establishes a direct contract between a manufacturer and the state. This direct relationship ensures that State and Local agencies within California receive the best possible discounts for their product purchases. Once the contract has been signed, the manufacturer handpicks their finest resellers as subcontractors under the primary SLP contract. This ensures that the State has access to the finest and most knowledgeable resellers as chosen by the manufacturers for each of their product lines or their areas of specialization.
